These materials are presented here primarily for the benefit of enhanced 
communication among participants in the DOE Atmospheric Science Community. These 
materials are made available to the broader community as indication of work that is 
planned to be conducted in the Atmospheric Science Program, to present measurement 
and modeling capbibilites and interests, and for use in planning of joint projects 
and the like.
